Альбом Certifiable записан во время двух концертов на стадионе River Plate Stadium в Буэнос-Айресе в декабре 2007 г., которые состоялись в рамках триумфального тура воссоединенных The Police, посвященного 30-летию группы. The Police вчетвером сыграли композицию "Next to You" с первого альбома группы Outlandos d'Amour. В октябре 2007 группа сыграла самый большой концерт тура в Дублине (82,000 fans). Тур продолжился и в 2008 году в различных частях света включая: New Zealand, Australia, Singapore, Macau, Japan, Canada, US, France, Germany, Norway, Denmark, UK, Serbia, Poland, Argentina and Brazil. Финальное шоу состоялось 7 августа на знаменитой площадке Madison Square Garden в Нью-Йорке.
